Great company, wonderful people.

The technician, Clayton, who fixed the problem was knowledgeable and personable. He explained what he saw as the issue as to why my air conditioning and well didn't work after a power outage and the house switched over battery backup. He showed me the adjustments he made that cured the problem.

We’ve bought two rooftop solar systems from Sol-Tek Solar and got great equipment and service both times. Makes sense to have Sol-Tek Solar do periodic panel cleaning.

"Our inverter wasn't working correctly. After repeated calls to solar companies and electricians I called Fronius who referred me to Sol-Tek. They were fantastic!! I received a call from their technician that same day and had my replacement inverter within a week. The next morning when it didn't turn on I called and Sol-Tek was here, again, the same day. The technician called Fronius and asked for another one and shut the defective one down. Today Thomas came out to install the new one. He was very nice. I was working on something in the garage and we conversed amicably while we both worked. The entire company is chock full of nice people who know the meaning of great customer service. They are now my go-to company for any solar-related issues."
