As a Solar Energy Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting and selling solar energy solutions by educating potential clients on the benefits of solar energy, assessing their energy needs, and designing customized solar solutions to meet those needs. Lead Generation & Outreach: Develop new business through direct outreach, networking, and following up on company-provided leads.
Customer Consultation: Conduct virtual or in-person assessments to evaluate energy usage, site conditions, and roof suitability.
Tailored Proposals: Utilize CRM and design software to create accurate, customized energy proposals, detailing savings, solar production, and system design.
Sales Closure: Negotiate contracts, explain financial options (loans, leases, power purchase agreements), and secure sales.
Education: Clearly explain technical solar concepts and government incentives (tax credits/rebates) to customers in simple terms.
Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM system.
Experience in residential or commercial sales, preferably in solar energy, renewable energy, or a related industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and influence potential customers.
Self-motivated with a passion for renewable energy.
Ability to learn and explain technical, financial, and environmental concepts.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals and meet sales targets.
Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy systems and convey this knowledge in a clear and accessible manner to customers.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.
Valid driver's license required.
Any relevant sales certifications or licenses in the solar or renewable energy field (desired, but not mandatory).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate customer schedules and achieve sales goals.

A technician responsible for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of solar panel systems for residential or commercial clients.

Installation: Measuring, cutting, and assembling support structures; mounting solar modules and panels securely to roofs or ground structures.
Electrical Work: Connecting PV panels to the electrical system, including wiring inverters and configuring battery storage.
Testing & Maintenance: Activating systems to verify performance, conducting quality assurance checks, and performing routine repairs.
Safety: Adhering to strict OSHA standards, including proper use of PPE and fall protection while working at heights.
Site Prep: Assessing locations for suitability and ensuring optimal positioning for sunlight exposure.
Solar/electrical construction experience is preferred but not required.
Ability to lift 40–60 lbs repeatedly and work comfortably on ladders, steep roofs, work in attics and crawl spaces, etc.
Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions (sun, heat, cold).
Familiarity with hand/power tools (drills, saws, multimeters) and the ability to read and interpret plans or technical schematics.
Possess strong problem-solving skills for on-site challenges, and teamwork for crew-based projects.
Must maintain a professional appearance, positive attitude, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
OSHA 10 or NABCEP certifications are highly preferred but not required.
Always maintain an organized, neat and clean work area.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate project deadlines.
