Great company, wonderful people.

The technician, Clayton, who fixed the problem was knowledgeable and personable. He explained what he saw as the issue as to why my air conditioning and well didn't work after a power outage and the house switched over battery backup. He showed me the adjustments he made that cured the problem.

We’ve bought two rooftop solar systems from Sol-Tek Solar and got great equipment and service both times. Makes sense to have Sol-Tek Solar do periodic panel cleaning.

Always polite and explain what is to be done, answered my questions regarding Enphase. Being older I have never been made to feel like I am lacking in knowledge. This company has always gone above and beyond to help me. A definite 10!

"Our inverter wasn't working correctly. After repeated calls to solar companies and electricians I called Fronius who referred me to Sol-Tek. They were fantastic!! I received a call from their technician that same day and had my replacement inverter within a week. The next morning when it didn't turn on I called and Sol-Tek was here, again, the same day. The technician called Fronius and asked for another one and shut the defective one down. Today Thomas came out to install the new one. He was very nice. I was working on something in the garage and we conversed amicably while we both worked. The entire company is chock full of nice people who know the meaning of great customer service. "Although I did a 4.7 kW system they gave me a great price. They installed micro inverters which last 25 years and give the best output if shaded. They I believe are safer no high voltage DC. I asked for the system to be installed before NEM 3.0 and they put that in the contract. Had to wait some time for installation but all solar companies have this limitation. Installation went quickly. System looks nice and wiring is not shown. Workers were nice and no trash left. John, the salesperson, explained... how monitoring works (Enphase). My wife and I have purchased two rooftop residential solar systems from Sol-Tek Solar, based in Clovis. Our first system paid for itself on our Fresno home in under 5 years. System worked flawlessly. When we moved to Clovis about 6 years ago, first thing we did was contact Sol-Tek Solar to install a new system on our new home. Haven't done the math, but pretty sure our 2019 system has already paid for itself. But recently, we noticed four of our 20 panels were underperforming; each of the four panels was generating about 25 percent less electricity than an average panel. Sol-Tek Solar came out, verified the problem and submitted a warranty claim to the manufacturer. With a 20-year warranty, no problem, right? But the solar panel manufacturer was now under a new owner, and the warranty service provider had changed ownership twice. But Sol-Tek Solar stepped up. When the manufacturer and the warranty service company were less than responsive to requests to replace the faulty panels, Sol-Tek Solar replaced the four underperforming panels out of their own pocket and will continue to seek reimbursement from the manufacturer. Didn't cost us a dime. This is what great customer care looks like. I don't hesitate to recommend Sol-Tek Solar to my friends and neighbors. Five stars in my book

"We have a Solar Panel system. We did some shopping around with different companies. We wanted a system that we would own because we determined that would give us the best value, the best long-term savings. We chose Sol-Tek because they are a subsidiary of West-Tech Electrical, a company that has been around the SJ Valley for many years.
